Our client is an independent leader in the International Freight Forwarding industry and is renowned within the industry and aims to provide the highest quality and tailored services to their clients, making every experience more efficient than the last. Currently their Tullamarine office is seeking assertive Operators to join their fast paced and well-developed team with a couple of positions available.  
  
Position Overview:
Looking for experienced candidate with at least 1-2 years experience with Cargowise experience preferred so they can hit the ground running.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Import FCL/LCL shipments
• Sea cargo Automation
• Import Sea freight Job Registrations
• Book space with shipping lines for cargo.
• Prepare shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading, customs declarations).
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and laws with Australian Customs
• Track shipments and provide updates to clients.
• Resolve any shipment delays or issues.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates on their shipments.
• Manage freight costs and other import charges.
• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Create Cargo Reporting and Review Underbond Status

Salary and Perks:
$70,000-$80,000
