Position Overview:In this role, you will support the sales and client services teams by preparing quotes, managing client accounts, maintaining agent and rate information, and assisting with presentations and tender responses
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare quotes for Sales and Client Services teams using margin guidelines
- Support Sales Support team with competitive agent quotes (DAP/DDP)
- Update client rates and agent information in Cargowise
- Set up new client accounts
- Process Sales Leads/Agent Leads
- Assist with client presentations and tender responses (rate procurement, rate matrices, documents)
- Keep intranet and documentation up to date
- Support other Business Services functions as needed
- Develop and maintain SOPs for Sales Support tasks
- Provide training and cover for team members during absences
- Resolve rate requests and auto-rating issues escalated from Rates Management
Salary and Perks: $85,000 - $90,000
Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years’ experience in sales support, client service, or freight forwarding.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; CargoWise experience desirable.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong client and supplier relationships.
Strong communication skills and team player mindset
