Pace Appointment Sydney has a combined 40 years, hands on experience within International Trade recruitment. Conceptualised from the introduction of Pace Appointments in Victoria, the inevitable decision to expand nationally triggered our ongoing success here in New South Wales. With a clear gap in the market and increasing demand for candidates within international trade throughout the 1990’s, Pace Appointments transformed the introduction of the recruitment industry and demanded more.
Since then, our team has drastically expanded within our specialty industries and bridged the gap. We have now developed long-standing relationships with our clients who continue to partner with us as vacancies arise. With an affinity for people and natural curiosity, Lindsey believes the key to an interesting life is to never be the smartest person in the room; the landscape of recruitment provides this in spades. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics, Lindsey initially commenced her career working in project focused roles within the IT industry servicing the Resources sector. She then found her calling in 2016 when she entered the recruitment industry. With a drive to offer exceptional service whilst basing practices on the foundations of recruitment; to listen, to problem solve and to serve, it is her sincere approach to helping others first that casts a spotlight on her as a leader and strong force within the industry.
