Meet Brock

I am inquisitive and outgoing by nature, which made recruitment the perfect career choice for me. In my role delivering across Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement positions I aim to understand more than just a resume and a job description and match a client and candidate together for a long term, mutually beneficial solution.

Prior to working at Pace, I worked as a winemakers assistant at one of the largest wine manufacturers in Victoria where I gained a more practical understanding of the manufacturing, supply chain and logistics processes. Whilst wine is still one of my avid interests, I am inspired daily by candidates who take pride in their work and strive to take their careers to new heights.

At Pace I am supported by a collaborative team environment where I am able to work to the best of my ability to fulfil the goals of my clients and candidates, and through doing this I fulfil my own goals.
