Meet Max

My role as a consultant for Pace is recruitment across all manufacturing, production, quality, HSE and engineering roles. I predominantly work across our manufacturing clients and have amassed working with a large portfolio of industries from FMCG to industrial. I take a consultative approach with my clients to better understand their business challenges, growth strategies, industry trends and unique culture provide insights on how to overcome hurdles or seize opportunities with a tailored approach to effective staffing.

I am an authentic and down to earth person who aims to build long lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. My approach to recruitment is professional and genuine at heart so my clients and candidates will always be supported from my initial contact all the way through to placement and beyond. Not to mention I am grounded daily through my interactions with thought leaders within my core industries who continue to inspire me and provide me with the rewarding experience that is recruitment.
