Meet Paul

Born and raised in Geelong – I love sports, fitness, socialising, and my pet staffy. Outside of work, you will most likely find me with friends, family or at a local sporting event. I am an easy-going person and often go above and beyond to help those around me. Before recruitment I spent my career working in government where I more recently was working in procurement. What I enjoyed most in my role was creating value for my stakeholders and building relationships internally and externally. I have taken my passion for building long lasting partnerships with my clients and candidates. I enjoy interacting with people and helping people when I can and approach recruitment with a similar mindset. I not only support my clients and candidates through the recruitment process but also provide guidance throughout the placement and beyond.

I consultant for Pace in recruitment across all manufacturing, production, quality, HSE and engineering roles. I predominantly work across our manufacturing clients and have worked with an extensive portfolio of industries from FMCG to industrial.
