Our client, a well-established and highly regarded pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Aseptic Production Operator to join their growing sterile manufacturing team.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in executing day-to-day manufacturing activities within a sterile (aseptic) production environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring all operations are performed in strict compliance with GMP and aseptic techniques, maintaining product sterility and quality at all times.
Key Responsibilities - Operate and monitor aseptic production equipment including filling and sealing lines
- Perform all tasks in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and aseptic processing standards
- Maintain strict cleanroom practices, including gowning and contamination control
- Complete batch documentation accurately and in real time
- Conduct line clearances, equipment checks, and material verification prior to production
- Support cleaning, sterilisation, and environmental monitoring processes
- Identify and escalate deviations, assisting with investigations where required
- Work collaboratively with quality and technical teams to ensure compliance
About You: - Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom/sterile environment with full PPE
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to follow strict procedures consistently
- Proactive with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A team player who thrives in structured, process-driven environments
Skills & Experience - Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or GMP-regulated manufacturing (preferred)
- Previous exposure to aseptic or cleanroom environments (highly regarded)
- Understanding of GMP and documentation practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shift patterns if required
