Job Details

Our client is seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Delivery & Installation Manager. This role is integral to our client’s operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery and installation of equipment.

About the Role

• Oversee the end-to-end coordination of delivery and installation processes.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive scheduling system for orders and installations up to 14 weeks in advance.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates on order progress and delivery/installation dates.
• Monitor daily job progress to ensure adherence to the schedule.
• Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager to manage equipment ordering and delivery.
• Organise daily installer routines and ensure they have all necessary information before job commencement.
• Resolve any issues or troubleshoot problems related to installations.

About You:

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and make proactive decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
• Proficient in administrative tasks with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Competence in negotiating prices and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in scheduling, project management, or delivery & installation coordination is highly desirable.
