Our client is a market leader in the international food industry, supplying customers across Australia and globally.
They are seeking an experienced Freight & 3PL Logistics Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month contract. This role is critical in ensuring smooth freight movements, effective 3PL management, and strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.

About the Role: - Manage daily 3PL warehouse operations, including receivals, dispatches, inventory accuracy, and WMS troubleshooting.
- Validate 3PL invoices against contracts and support resolution of service issues or claims.
- Coordinate domestic and international freight bookings, documentation, and tracking.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain freight KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
- Create purchase orders, verify invoices, and coordinate inbound supplier deliveries.
- Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support QA processes, HACCP requirements, and audit preparation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across freight and warehouse operations.
About You: - 3+ years’ experience in logistics, freight coordination, or 3PL warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international freight operations.
- Confident working with WMS platforms and advanced Excel skills; D365/BSM experience desirable.
- Previous experience in dairy, meat, or food industry logistics (advantageous).
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills, able to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
