As the Inside Sales Manager, you’ll lead a small but dynamic internal sales team and play a critical role in supporting national business development through proactive customer service, sales coordination, inventory planning, and administration oversight. Working closely with the broader supply chain, commercial sales, and e-commerce teams, you’ll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor the internal sales support team across commercial and e-commerce divisions
- Coordinate with external sales teams, distributors, and key clients to achieve business targets
- Oversee pricing schedules, quoting, tenders, and order processing
- Ensure CRM and database systems are accurate and up to date
- Liaise across logistics, warehousing, technical, and service departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist in product forecasting, stock management, and slow-moving stock strategies
- Support training initiatives for internal staff and external dealer networks
- Drive a culture of accountability, integrity, and high-quality customer service
You will bring: - Proven experience in a sales coordination, inside sales, or sales administration management role
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team and improve sales operations
- Experience using CRM systems and managing product data
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
