We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic team in the food industry. This role requires experience in import/export logistics and a good understanding of shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate international and local logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipments (imports, exports, stock containers) and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, warehouses, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure seamless delivery.
- Verify and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, declarations, receipts, transport instructions).
- Track container deliveries.
- Maintain shipping schedules for Australian and New Zealand operations.
About You: - Experience with import/export logistics in the food industry is preferred but not essential.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Full working rights within Australia.
- Be in office 5 days a week.
