Management Accountant to join their team.
This is an opportunity to step into a role that combines hands-on financial management with strategic business insight. The successful candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across multiple departments, helping drive performance and continuous improvement.
About the Role - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with department heads on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Monitor key metrics such as cash flow, working capital, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.
- Support cross-functional teams (sales, service, operations, marketing) with data and insights.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and system optimisation across finance operations.
About You - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards it).
- Experience in management accounting, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or equipment-based environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements.
- Exposure to SAP or large ERP systems will be highly regarded.
