Our client is a leading provider within the pooled equipment and logistics sector, supporting businesses across Australia with innovative pallet and asset management solutions. They are seeking an experienced Pallet Controller to take ownership of pallet reconciliation, stock accuracy, and system integrity across multiple customer sites.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in pallet control, warehousing, or logistics who enjoys problem-solving, analysing data, and ensuring every pallet is accounted for. You’ll play a key part in maintaining asset accuracy, supporting field teams, and improving reconciliation processes across the business.
About the Role: - Manage pallet accounts, ensuring accuracy across customer movements and transactions.
- Analyse equipment reports, identify discrepancies, and investigate losses or overcharges.
- Conduct pallet audits, stocktake reconciliations, and variance investigations.
- Work closely with 3PL partners, transport providers, and customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve pallet utilisation and control processes.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and reconciliation platforms.
- Prepare monthly reports and account summaries for management review.
- Support training and process improvement initiatives to enhance pallet control accuracy.
About You: - Previous experience in pallet control, logistics coordination, or warehouse administration.
- Strong analytical and investigation skills with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data validation, reconciliation).
- Experience with CHEP, Loscam, or other pooled asset systems.
- Confident communicator who can liaise with warehouse teams, transport providers, and customers.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and an ability to spot patterns or irregularities in data.
