- Working closely with Project Managers to identify missing information, resolve technical queries and improve drawing quality.
- Coordinating engineering handovers for complex projects to ensure production teams have all required information.
- Completing staging documentation and supporting seamless transitions from engineering through to manufacturing.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance engineering accuracy, production efficiency and manufacturing outcomes.
About you: - Previous experience as a Production Engineer, Joinery Engineer, Cabinetry Detailer or similar within the joinery industry.
- Strong experience using Microvellum to prepare production-ready models and CNC output.
- Sound understanding of cabinet making, joinery construction methods and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience preparing Bills of Materials, nesting and production documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across project management, engineering and production teams.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for improving processes and manufacturing efficiency.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Production Engineer who enjoys taking ownership of the engineering process and wants to play a key role in delivering premium custom joinery projects.
