Our client, a well-established and highly regarded pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a motivated and hands-on
Production Team Leader to join their growing team.

About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day production activities within a non-sterile manufacturing environment.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring operations run efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with GMP standards, while supporting and guiding a team on the floor.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise production staff, including rotating casual team members
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, Work Instructions, and batch documentation
- Oversee production, packing, and cleaning operations to meet quality and safety standards
- Check materials, equipment, and line readiness prior to production
- Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and maintain high housekeeping standards
- Operate specialised equipment and perform basic maintenance (after training)
- Support quality compliance through accurate documentation and process control

Skills & Experience - Experience in a manufacturing environment (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of GMP and production processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid numerical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work with limited supervision and make sound decisions on the floor
