Victorian Regional Sales Manager to lead their regional sales operations. Based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, this role balances office-based leadership with on-the-road engagement across Victoria and Tasmania.
This is an opportunity to join a respected, design-led brand known for delivering premium architectural solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. As Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring alignment with national strategy, all while leading a capable team of five experienced sales professionals.
About the Role: - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and driving accountability.
- Build and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable growth across VIC and TAS.
- Engage directly with Tier 1 & 2 builders, architects, contractors, and consultants to influence specifications and secure major projects.
- Provide expert technical guidance on façade, cladding, and daylighting systems, ensuring correct application and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Tasmanian distributor to maintain brand consistency and expand market reach.
- Oversee project pipelines in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and conversion tracking.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and strong market positioning.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and architectural presentations to build awareness and strengthen relationships.
About You: - Proven experience in sales leadership within the building products industry; preferably façades, cladding, roofing, or similar architectural systems.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-makers across the construction value chain.
- Established network within the commercial building sector, including Tier 1 & 2 builders and architectural firms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed regional targets.
- Skilled in technical sales, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, with strong organisational and reporting capabilities.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a balance of strategic planning and in-field engagement.
