Our client is seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales & Administration Coordinator to join their team.
This team manages an exciting mix of customers across retail, quick service restaurants, food service, and a fast-growing coffee portfolio.
This role is hands-on and diverse, balancing administrative tasks with opportunities to engage directly with customers. Over time, the successful candidate will have the scope to develop and manage their own accounts and drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage administrative tasks for major accounts, including Aldi, Costco, and other customer portals.
- Coordinate the preparation, dispatch, and tracking of product samples.
- Assist with the planning and facilitation of sensory evaluations and tasting sessions.
- Maintain accurate sales data, pricing files, and product information.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for customer meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.
- Support team members with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Provide general sales administration support across the team.
- Assist at domestic trade fairs (1–2 per year).
- Over time, build your own portfolio of customers and identify new business opportunities.
About You: - Previous experience in account support, customer service, or sales administration is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, customer portals, and Microsoft Office Suite
