Our client is a well-established and growing electrical services contractor delivering maintenance, upgrade and infrastructure projects across commercial, retail and healthcare environments.

Working directly with end clients, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering projects in live environments with minimal disruption. With a consistent pipeline of repeat work and long-term client relationships, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Project Manager / Operations Manager.

This is a key role within a small, hands-on team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects from tender through to delivery, while playing a part in the ongoing growth and development of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing estimates, tenders and costings for electrical projects
• Managing projects from award through to completion
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing client relationships and key accounts
• Delivering projects within live environments (e.g. shopping centres, hospitals, commercial facilities)
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
• Contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency

About You :

• Experience in electrical project management and/or contracts management
• Exposure to estimating, tendering or cost planning
• Background in maintenance, service or upgrade projects (not purely construction)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong client-facing and commercial skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate autonomously
• Electrical Engineering qualification or trade background with strong commercial experience
• Experience working in live environments such as healthcare, retail or commercial assets
