About the Role: Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across phone, email and CRM platforms. You'll work closely with Sales, Production, Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer enquiries and orders are managed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working with technical products and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and CRM systems in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical product advice and support across a range of automotive products.
- Process customer orders and provide updates on order status and delivery timeframes.
- Accurately document customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical enquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
- Liaise with Sales, Production, Planning and Supply Chain to ensure seamless customer outcomes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure enquiries have been resolved to a high standard.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and documentation.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and systems.
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
About You - Previous customer service experience within the automotive, manufacturing, industrial or technical products sector.
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of order processing and logistics coordination.
- A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.
- Enjoy working collaboratively across multiple departments.
- A genuine interest in technical products and delivering exceptional customer service.
