About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Trader / Account Manager to join their Melbourne team. In this dynamic, relationship-driven role, you’ll manage and grow key customer and supplier accounts, identify new trading opportunities, and ensure the seamless flow of products through our international supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer and supplier accounts across the food and beverage sector.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms to deliver profitable outcomes.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product categories within existing accounts.
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the Quality and Supply Chain teams to maintain product and service excellence.
• Analyse market trends to support trading strategies and category development.

About You:

• Proven experience in trading, sales, or account management in food, beverage, or agricultural commodities.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global trading environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
