Meet Lindsey

After graduating a Double Degree of Economics and Commerce, I ended up like many “falling into recruitment.” I am now dedicated to showing others why recruitment is an industry to strive to have a career in.

Initially starting as a “one man band,” I have genuine, practical experience in every part of the business from reception, to creating long lasting relationships and running each of our desks 360 degrees. This has equipped me to lead my team to strive for excellence in all that we do; no short cuts, just proven best practice. I create successful and sustainable outcomes for our clients and candidates whilst delivering a down to earth, and human approach.

My mantra is to never be the smartest person in the room, and the landscape of recruitment provides this in spades. I am grateful to be in an industry that allows me to learn from experts every single day and I aim to give back to my network as much as they give to me.
