Pace Appointment Sydney has a combined 40 years, hands on experience within International Trade recruitment. Conceptualised from the introduction of Pace Appointments in Victoria, the inevitable decision to expand nationally triggered our ongoing success here in New South Wales. With a clear gap in the market and increasing demand for candidates within international trade throughout the 1990’s, Pace Appointments transformed the introduction of the recruitment industry and demanded more.

Since then, our team has drastically expanded within our specialty industries and bridged the gap. We have now developed long-standing relationships with our clients who continue to partner with us as vacancies arise. Not to mention, our high-quality candidates possess niche skillsets and talent that is difficult to find without the assistance of industry leading recruitment consultants.

We believe a generalised approach to specialised industries is simply not enough. We take recruitment one step further.
