What Matters to Gen Z in the workplace

With salaries increasing, we have seen a surge in demand for graduate labour. Some companies however are not prepared for the expectations of Gen Z's and fail to keep them engaged within their probationary period. There are definitely different perceptions in the market around how to cater for what Gen Z want with many organisations challenged by how much they might need to change to attract this new wave of workers.
