They are seeking an experienced
Sales Representative to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing workshop customers across NSW. Acting as the face of the business in the field, you will focus on delivering outstanding service, promoting the full product range and digital tools, and identifying opportunities to support customer growth.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in NSW with regular travel to customer sites, as well as some occasional trips to Canberra.
About the Role: - Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service needs
- Promote the full product range, digital tools, and promotional offers to drive engagement
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to support their operations
- Proactively seek new customer opportunities to grow market presence
- Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service and timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity reports, and track performance metrics
- Share field insights with management to help shape local growth strategies
About You: - Strong relationship management skills and a proven ability to work with trade or B2B customers
- Solid understanding of automotive operations, or a genuine passion for the industry
- Experience in a sales, account management, or field service role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to identify opportunities, develop accounts, and deliver results
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with internal teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
