Our client, a major program based in Cooma, NSW is expanding its Contracts & Procurement function and seeking multiple graduates to join the team.
These roles offer hands-on commercial experience, genuine responsibility from day one, and the chance to build a long-term career in a high-profile environment where your contribution genuinely matters.
Why These Roles Stand Out: - Permanent opportunities – not a rotation program
- Direct involvement in real commercial work (tenders, contracts, variations)
- Grow alongside a supportive, close-knit commercial team
- Clear development pathway – from graduate to specialist
- Work on a nationally significant engineering & infrastructure program
- Relocation assistance and support available
Graduate Roles Available: - Pre-Award Graduate – Procurement / Tenders
Join the pre-award team responsible for managing and running tenders across a wide spectrum of technical and commercial packages. Ideal for applicants who enjoy detail, analysis, documentation, and commercial decision-making.
- Post-Award Graduates – Contract Administration / Variations
Work alongside experienced contract professionals handling contract variations, documentation, and commercial administration. Strong fit for grads who thrive in structured, detail-oriented environments.
- Generalist Graduate Roles – Business / Supply Chain / Procurement / Law
Open graduate positions within the wider Contracts & Procurement function. Perfect for those wanting broad exposure to procurement strategy, contract administration, and large-scale commercial operations.
Quantity Surveying graduates will also be considered.

- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Are proactive, organised, and eager to learn
- Are comfortable relocating to Cooma, NSW
- Are available January 2026 start, with ability to start earlier considered highly favourably
