Our client, a leader in architectural building solutions, is seeking a motivated Graduate Sales Estimator to join their NSW team. Based in Auburn, this is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in construction and architectural estimating, working across a diverse range of projects.

As the first point of contact for project enquiries, you will prepare quotations, interpret drawings, conduct material take-offs, and support the sales team with customer-facing activities. With full training and mentoring provided, this role offers strong career development in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role:

• Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for architectural projects.
• Conduct material take-offs from architectural and structural plans.
• Analyse project specifications to determine pricing and requirements.
• Provide technical support to contractors during tendering and project delivery.
• Work with tools like Salesforce, BCI Australia, and EstimateOne to identify tender opportunities.
• Maintain project files and generate reporting for the sales team.
• Liaise regularly with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Management.

About You:

• Recent graduate in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident interpreting CAD, PDF, and hardcopy building plans (AutoCAD knowledge highly regarded).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Salesforce/Oracle desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive culture.
