Pace NSW is excited to partner with a growing, operationally focused organisation seeking to appoint two Dispatch Coordinators to support their warehouse and delivery operations.
These are two distinct roles with set shift times: •
Night Shift Dispatch Coordinator – 3:00pm to 12:00am •
Morning Shift Dispatch Coordinator – 3:00am to 12:00pm
Both positions play a critical role in ensuring delivery runs are prepared accurately, sequenced efficiently, and dispatched on time. This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail, clear communication, and strong coordination skills are essential.
Night Shift Dispatch Coordinator (3:00pm – 12:00am) This role is responsible for preparing and finalising next-day delivery runs and coordinating loading operations.
Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing system status at shift commencement
- Printing and preparing large and regional orders prior to daily cut-off
- Assembling and finalising delivery runs for next-day dispatch
- Printing consolidated and individual picking slips for warehouse teams
- Optimising delivery runs using routing systems
- Sequencing delivery runs in the correct order (e.g., by region and route)
- Coordinating truck loading in line with optimised run sequences
- Managing out-of-stock items, substitutions, and order discrepancies
- Preparing a detailed handover for the Morning Shift Coordinator
Morning Shift Dispatch Coordinator (3:00am – 12:00pm) This role focuses on execution, final packing, delivery support, and operational follow-through.
Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing night shift handover notes
- Checking for order additions or modifications
- Organising and packing remaining grocery and regional orders
- Supporting delivery enquiries (status updates, urgent deliveries, missing stock)
- Packing ACT, regional, and large-volume orders
- Assisting with truck loading and ensuring correct run sequencing
Shared Responsibilities (Both Roles) - Hands-on operational support, including physical truck loading during peak periods
- Maintaining clear cross-shift communication
- Ensuring delivery runs are accurate, complete, and optimised
- Supporting warehouse and delivery teams to meet strict deadlines

About You - Previous experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a hands-on operational role
- Full working rights within Australia
