Our client, a global leader in heavy construction equipment and machinery, is seeking a capable and hands-on
Logistics Coordinator to join their NSW operations.
This position plays a key role within a fast-moving parts and service environment, balancing warehouse operations with quoting, coordination, and strong customer communication.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll work alongside a small, experienced team known for their practical, supportive approach.
About the Role - Coordinate day-to-day logistics and warehouse activities for spare parts.
- Manage pick, pack, and dispatch operations while maintaining accurate inventory.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes — ensuring timely communication and completion.
- Liaise with customers, technicians, and internal departments to support parts availability.
- Assist with counter sales.
- Operate a forklift for receiving, loading, and storage.
- Maintain a clean, efficient warehouse layout and uphold all safety standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team that values initiative and accountability.
About You - Experience in warehousing, logistics, or spare parts coordination (construction or industrial equipment ideal).
- Forklift licence essential.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, for quoting and tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal teams.
- Mechanically minded, with an understanding of urgency in equipment service environments.
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a practical, fast-paced setting.
- Team-focused with a down-to-earth attitude and willingness to help across departments.
