well-established Australian furniture wholesaler known for premium products, exceptional customer service, and strong growth across both residential and commercial markets. Due to increasing inbound enquiries and an expanding product range, they are now seeking a
Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to support their sales and operations teams.
This role is central to ensuring seamless order processing, high-quality customer communication, and efficient administration across multiple systems. It is a priority hire as the business prepares for an upcoming ERP system rollout, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration & Order Fulfilment - Process customer orders accurately across multiple platforms, including ERP and eCommerce systems.
- Allocate stock, maintain accurate order records, and ensure data integrity.
- Support the implementation and adoption of a new ERP system.
- Coordinate freight, logistics, and delivery timelines with internal teams and warehouse staff.
- Identify and escalate stock, delivery, or operational issues as required.
Customer Service & Showroom Support - Deliver warm, professional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Support showroom operations by greeting customers, presenting products, and assisting with enquiries.
- Build strong relationships with trade clients, designers, and retail customers.
Internal Coordination & Systems - Act as a key communication link between sales, warehouse, and buying teams.
- Maintain accurate data and provide timely updates across systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across processes and customer experience.
- Adapt confidently to new systems, technology, and evolving operational requirements.
About You: - Experience in sales administration, customer service, or coordination roles.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Confident using multiple systems and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn.
Highly advantageous: - Experience within the furniture, design, or interiors industry.
- Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite or similar).
- Experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Previous involvement in logistics coordination or order fulfilment.
