This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, creative marketer who loves storytelling, building communities, and driving engagement. You’ll be the voice of the brand online; managing content, campaigns, and collaborations that inspire and connect with the trade audience.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, on-brand content that showcases products, celebrates tradespeople, and grows the community.
- Plan and manage content calendars, paid campaigns, and partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Analyse performance metrics to track engagement, reach, and ROI and use insights to continually refine strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align social media initiatives with wider business goals.
- Stay ahead of trends, platforms, and creative best practices in social and digital marketing.
What You’ll Bring - 1+ years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (ideally within a brand or agency environment).
- Strong creative flair with the ability to tell stories visually and verbally.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and paid advertising tools.
- A proactive attitude. You are hands-on, adaptable, and not afraid to experiment with new ideas.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- A genuine interest in the hardware, trades, tools, or construction industry is a big plus!
