Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end store opening process including recruitment, merchandising, and operational readiness.
- Drive exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand’s global retail standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver excellence in every customer interaction.
- Manage store performance, budgets, and KPI achievement across sales and service metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to bring the brand to life in-store.
- Ensure compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Champion a culture of inclusion, integrity, and high performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager (ideally in womenswear).
- Strong leadership capability with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and operational management skills.
- A natural flair for delivering an elevated and memorable customer experience.
- Confidence managing budgets, KPIs, and store operations independently.
- Energy, motivation, and pride in representing a globally respected retail brand.
- Previous experience in new store openings will be highly regarded.
