Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end store opening process including recruitment, merchandising, and operational readiness.
• Drive exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand’s global retail standards.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver excellence in every customer interaction.
• Manage store performance, budgets, and KPI achievement across sales and service metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to bring the brand to life in-store.
• Ensure compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, integrity, and high performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager (ideally in womenswear).
• Strong leadership capability with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and operational management skills.
• A natural flair for delivering an elevated and memorable customer experience.
• Confidence managing budgets, KPIs, and store operations independently.
• Energy, motivation, and pride in representing a globally respected retail brand.
• Previous experience in new store openings will be highly regarded.
