Meet Ashleigh

With over five years of experience in recruitment, Ashleigh has developed a strong passion for connecting great people with the right opportunities. Most of Ashleigh’s experience has been within blue-collar recruitment, with trades being her favourite industry to recruit for, enjoying the fast-paced nature and the opportunity to work closely with both clients and candidates to achieve positive outcomes.

Ashleigh prides herself on being approachable, hardworking, and relationship-focused. Building strong and lasting relationships with clients and candidates is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. Ashleigh is passionate about helping candidates find the right opportunities where they can succeed and grow.

Originally from New Zealand, Ashleigh has been living in Brisbane for almost 15 years and proudly calls it home. Outside of work, Ashleigh is a busy mum to two young children keeping Ashleigh on her toes. When she is not working, Ashleigh enjoys camping, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
