I'm excited to step into my new role with Pace Appointments, where I specialise in Freight & Transport recruitment, partnering with businesses across the logistics and supply chain sector to deliver talent solutions that support operational performance and long-term growth.

With 25+ years of business experience, I bring a consultative, people-first approach to recruitment. I take the time to understand the operational realities, compliance requirements, and workforce challenges unique to freight and logistics environments. This enables me to connect organisations with reliable, safety-focused, and high-performing talent that keeps freight moving efficiently and customers satisfied.

I work closely with both clients and candidates across road and rail transport, warehousing, distribution, fleet, and end-to-end supply chain operations. My approach is built on trust, transparency, and responsiveness, ensuring recruitment solutions are not only timely but also aligned to culture, capability, and long-term workforce planning.

My strength lies in building genuine relationships, offering practical and fit-for-purpose hiring solutions, and supporting candidates through meaningful career opportunities within the freight and transport industry.

Outside of work, I’m family-oriented and value time spent in the great outdoors. We love caravanning, fishing, and travelling together, making the most of every opportunity to explore, reset, and enjoy time away from the day-to-day.
