With almost 15 years of experience in the supply chain and freight forwarding industry, Nikki brings a genuine understanding of the people, businesses and challengers that make the industry tick. Having worked across account management, customer relationships and complex logistics solutions, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, solving problems, and creating lasting partnerships.

Nikki’s transition into recruitment was a natural one. She is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities, and understands first-hand what employers need and what candidates are looking for. Her industry knowledge allows her to have meaningful conversations with clients and candidates alike, ensuring the right fit for both.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys exploring new restaurants and wineries, supporting her beloved Brisbane Lions and North Queensland Cowboys, travelling whenever she gets the chance, and spending time with her partner and their much-loved dog, Jango.
