Meet Nyssa

In her spare time, Nyssa runs a modest herd of Santa’s at her property South West of Stanthorpe. So, when an opportunity arose to join the team at Pace Appointments Qld and support candidates and clients who are equally as passionate about the Agricultural industry, Nyssa quickly realised her that she had found the perfect opportunity to lace her passion through her profession. Having been in recruitment for over 14 years, Nyssa would say that she has found her home as Principal Consultant at Pace Appointments Qld servicing the agribusiness desk.

But it hasn’t always been about the farm.  Growing up in Noosa on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Nyssa has worked a number of various roles including diving instructor, activities manager in the Whitsundays and karate instructor. It is the discipline, focus and leadership qualities that Nyssa developed through theses roles coupled with a vivacious outgoing confidence that saw her on her path to becoming a consultant, team leader and operations manager in her time.

Her experience within recruitment extends to mining, agriculture, oil and gas, rail, blue collar industrial and white collar commercial to name a few.  Nyssa is not just a Principal Consultant she is a relationship builder. She thrives on the Pace culture of genuinely developing partnerships so she can deliver the best solutions
