Originally from South Africa, Paula has lived and worked in both Hong Kong and Sydney, giving her a broad, global perspective that informs her approach to recruitment. She made the move to Brisbane over 10 years ago in pursuit of a slower, more balanced lifestyle—something she values both personally and professionally. A devoted family person, Paula stays busy outside of work with her two sporty kids, who keep life active and full. She brings that same energy, warmth, and commitment into her role every day, contributing positively to team culture and helping strengthen rural communities through meaningful placements.
