 Location: Cleveland, QLD
Salary Range: $48 – $54 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available:

• 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  (Monday to Friday)

Our client is a fast-paced, innovative manufacturer specialising in high-quality food products, with a new facility located in Cleveland. The site currently operates 2.5 production lines, with expansion plans underway to scale up next year. It’s an exciting time to join the team as they invest heavily in growth, automation, and the latest technology.

We’re currently seeking two experienced Shift Electricians to join our dedicated maintenance team and play a key role in supporting the electrical reliability of our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive & Reactive Maintenance – Carry out preventative maintenance and respond quickly to breakdowns to support production uptime.
• Troubleshooting & Fault Finding – Diagnose electrical faults efficiently and implement long-term solutions.
• Compliance & Testing – Conduct testing of electrical systems and equipment to ensure safety and legal compliance.
• Minimising Downtime – Use your skills and initiative to keep operations running smoothly.
• Project Support – Assist with improvement and upgrade projects across the facility.

About You The ideal candidate will bring:

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician and a current Electrical Licence (QLD).
• Industrial maintenance experience – ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.
•  Practical knowledge of PLCs, VSDs, and instrumentation.
•  Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional weekend work.
•  A safety-first approach and strong troubleshooting skills.
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
