This role is ideal for an experienced airfreight operator who understands bonded warehouse environments, procedures, and compliance, seeking a leadership pathway.

• Coordinating end-to-end import airfreight solutions for key customers
• Managing bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, and job invoicing
• Acting as the primary liaison with customers, carriers, service providers, and overseas agents
• Proactively resolving shipment issues to maintain on-time performance
• Delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and follow-up
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and best-practice SOPs

  

• Assisting with the establishment of IATA compliance, systems, and procedures
• Working closely with the Warehouse Manager to implement bonded warehouse processes
• Helping set up airfreight as a standalone, scalable department
• Opportunity to step into a supervisor role, supporting the recruitment and growth of the department

  

• Strong import airfreight operations experience with a solid understanding of procedures, documentation, and regulatory processes
• Experience in IATA or bonded warehouse environments and compliance requirements
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work under pressure
• The hunger and capability to step into a future leadership role
