Pace Appointments QLD are proud to be partnering with a growing recycling business that has recently launched a new facility in Stapylton. With significant investment in modern recycling machinery, this site is helping deliver innovative and sustainable recycling solutions.

We are currently seeking a Bobcat / Machine Operator / Labourer to join the team. This is a hands-on role involving machinery operation, forklift and skid steer work, as well as general labouring duties to support production and recycling processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, skid steers (bobcats), and processing machinery
• Assist with production operations and material movement
• Perform general labouring duties as required
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report faults or issues
• Follow WHS procedures and site safety requirements

Skills & Experience

• Current Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
• Skid Steer / Bobcat ticket or experience
• Experience operating forklifts, bobcats, or similar machinery
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Strong focus on workplace safety
