About the Client
Pace have joined with a client with with over 35years history manufacturing products and servicing the mining and mineral processing industries using unique engineering and technology. Producing high quality, high performance specialized machines.

REQUIRED

• Trade-qualified in the area of Metal Fabrication or Boilermaker
• Expertise in flat plate fabrication 
• Experience with Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
• Experience in reading and interpreting Engineering drawings
• Demonstrated organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment 
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to approach situations with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to take direction, respond positively to criticism, and be proactive
• Possession of a current QLD ‘C’ Class Open Driver's licence

DESIRABLE

• Post-trade certified in AS1796 certificates 7, 8G and 9
• Experience in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Toolkits experience
• Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office software
• Current "MR" drivers licence, forklift licence and overhead crane licence all an advantage.
