Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth - Hunt for new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
- Build and manage a strong, high-value sales pipeline
- Hit and exceed sales targets and revenue growth KPIs
- Deliver tailored solutions that solve real client needs
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Maximise cross-sell opportunities across services
Client & Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business and government stakeholders
- Act as a trusted commercial partner and primary point of contact
- Drive client retention and long-term engagement
Market Development - Identify new opportunities and untapped markets
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
- Provide insights that help shape future growth strategy
Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Support marketing and lead generation initiatives
- Contribute to performance reporting and sales forecasting
Brand Representation - Represent the business with confidence at meetings and industry events
- Position solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
- Build strong credibility in the market
About You: - Proven success in B2B phone-based sales or business development
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Experience in recycling, waste management, sustainability or similar sectors highly regarded
- Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- Commercially driven, resilient, and self-motivated
- Experience working with corporate or government clients is an advantage
