Due to continued growth across the Queensland market, we are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Representative to join the team. This role is built for a true hunter — someone who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and securing new business opportunities.

Backed by experienced operational teams and strong management support, you will have the tools, credibility, and infrastructure needed to succeed — but your success will ultimately be driven by your ambition, persistence, and ability to win new clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Conducting client meetings and presenting tailored freight solutions
• Negotiating rates and closing profitable new accounts
• Working closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ experience within freight forwarding (operations or customer service background ideal)
• Solid understanding of international freight, customs, and supply chain processes
• A genuine passion for sales and new business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
