Reporting to the Project Manager/Site Supervisor, this is a hands-on role where you will be involved in all aspects of carpentry and civil construction. Key responsibilities include:

• Constructing and installing frameworks, structures, and formwork
• Executing carpentry works to a high standard across diverse project sites
• Interpreting plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Supporting concrete works, including formwork, steel fixing, and pours
• Maintaining clear communication with site teams and supervisors
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to company standards

What You’ll Bring

• Trade Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry)
• Current Construction White Card
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proven experience across construction or civil environments
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Flexibility to undertake away work when required
