An established and highly respected international freight forwarder is seeking an experienced Supervisor – Client Services to join their Brisbane team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced freight forwarding professional who enjoys combining operational knowledge with commercial relationship management. You'll work closely with the Commercial Manager to strengthen existing client relationships, identify opportunities for growth and ensure customers continue to receive exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts.
• Building strong relationships through regular customer visits and ongoing communication.
• Identifying opportunities to increase business across existing customers.
• Preparing quotations, proposals and tenders.
• Working closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer service and successful shipment outcomes.
• Supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Liaising with overseas agents, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on client activity.

To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience within international freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of import and export operations across air and sea freight.
• Experience in Client Services, Key Account Management, Customer Service or Operations.
• The ability to prepare quotations and understand freight pricing.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to identify commercial opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
