We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected international freight forwarder seeking an experienced Client Services / Key Account Manager to join their Brisbane team.
This is a relationship-focused position where you'll inherit an established portfolio of clients, work closely with operations, and identify opportunities to strengthen existing accounts—not spend your day cold calling.

Your day will include - Managing an established portfolio of freight forwarding clients.
- Building long-term customer relationships.
- Preparing quotations and pricing solutions.
- Working alongside operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Conducting regular customer visits.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Liaising with overseas agents, transport providers and internal teams.
- Supporting new customer onboarding.
- Maintaining CRM records and customer reporting.
About You
You'll already have experience within international freight forwarding and enjoy working with people.
Ideally you'll have:
- Experience in Client Services, Customer Service, Operations or Key Account Management.
- Import and export freight forwarding knowledge.
- Airfreight and seafreight exposure.
- Experience preparing quotations and negotiating freight solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- CargoWise experience highly regarded.
