Job Details

Key responsibilities:

• Lodge customs entries for Brisbane-based import jobs
• Prepare tariff advices and provide accurate classification guidance
• Liaise with clients, overseas agents, internal departments, and the cartage team
• Monitor clearances and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Manage final invoicing and occasional interstate clearances
• Support and review the work of junior classifiers

What we’re looking for:

• MUST be an Australian Resident or hold a valid visa with no work restrictions
• Licensed Customs Broker OR currently enrolled in the Customs Broker course
• Experience with Australian customs regulations and import/export procedures
• Strong understanding of documentation and regulatory compliance
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Exposure to Expedient software is preferred
