The Role: We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance within a high-performing meat manufacturing environment. In this key leadership role, you will oversee site compliance systems, ensure alignment with industry and export standards, and lead a team of Quality Assurance Officers and a Quality Supervisor. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong governance frameworks while driving a culture of food safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the site compliance and QA function, managing a team of QA Officers and a Quality Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, Department of Agriculture, and export requirements
- Manage internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and certification processes
- Oversee non-conformance investigations and corrective actions (CAPA)
- Maintain traceability, compliance documentation, and audit-ready systems
- Partner with production teams to promote a strong food safety culture
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, laboratories, and certification authorities
About You: - 3–5+ years’ experience in meat processing, food manufacturing, or quality/compliance roles
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within QA or compliance (MUST HAVE)
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and export regulatory frameworks
- Experience supporting internal and external audits
- Strong attention to detail and ability to influence operational teams on compliance standards
