You will be responsible for effective client management for your portfolio of mixed accounts, identifying opportunities for further growth within portfolio, and enhancing portfolio through the addition of new business.
Your duties will include –
- Regular liaison with your portfolio to foster relationships, understand their needs, ensure service levels met, client retention, and resolving any issues as they arise
- Mine existing portfolio for additional opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that new business is being generated
- Set up and maintain up to date SOP’s and rates for new and existing clients
- Review of product and service offerings
- Order management and reporting
You will be solutions orientated and customer centric, with the ability to problem solve. Professional presentation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a can-do approach are essential. Minimum of 5 years’ recent experience within an international freight forwarding environment with strong operational knowledge, commercial mindset, and proficiency with Cargowise preferred.
This position comes with a desirable commission scheme in place, to compliment an already generous salary.
