As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of shipments, preparing competitive and precise quotes and rates, and maintaining comprehensive customer reports with current shipment updates. You will be empowered to provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, while consistently following company standards and procedures to efficiently manage import requirements.
Professional in both manner and presentation, you will be a confident team player with strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 12 months’ experience within a freight forwarding environment is essential, ideally in a customer service or operations role.
