You'll be making real-time decisions that keep drivers moving, freight flowing, and service levels high. Every allocation you make has a direct impact on the success of the operation. You'll work from a live allocation dashboard, make quick decisions, and respond to changing priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage live fleet allocations and dispatch activities across Brisbane metro and surrounds.
• Make real-time decisions to maximise fleet utilisation and ensure customer commitments are met.
• Coordinate vehicle bookings, driver movements, and operational resources efficiently.
• Monitor live jobs and respond quickly to delays, changes, and urgent customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and allocation records.

About You

• Proven experience in fleet allocation, transport scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or a similar operational role.
• Strong knowledge of Brisbane's metropolitan road network and the ability to make smart routing decisions.
• The ability to perform under pressure and confidently manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Experience using dispatch, routing, or transport management systems, with strong computer literacy.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine sense of ownership and accountability.
