Join a well-established company servicing some of South East Queensland’s largest home builders. They are seeking motivated Air Conditioning Installers, Refrigeration Mechanics, Electricians with Air Conditioning experience, or HVAC Trade Assistants to join a growing team.

About the Role

You will be part of a large installation team working on new residential homes across South East Queensland.

• Primarily split & ducted air conditioning installs
• Residential construction (single & double storey homes)
• Mix of electrical and air conditioning installers
• High-rise projects are subcontracted
• Work locations from Gold Coast to Caboolture

Hours:

• Start 6:00–6:30am | Finish 2:00–2:30pm

Who We’re Looking For

We are open to a range of backgrounds:

• Air Conditioning Installers
• Refrigeration Mechanics
• Electricians with Cert II Air Conditioning
• Plumbers or Electricians with Air Con install experience
• HVAC Trade Assistants wanting to progress

You must have:

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Previous experience installing Air Conditioning systems
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude

Electricians wanting a change, trade assistants with hands-on experience, and unqualified installers looking to upskill are encouraged to apply.
